We were supposed to get paid today. We didn't. The office was locked and the boss man didn't even have the decency to tell us. It is now a legal proceeding and we have to be present if he does not pay in the next two weeks. We are coming home, so we will fly back to Korea if it comes to that. Being screwed out of $8,000 is tough to take.

Is it really your birthday? As soon as you get back to oregon Greta and I want to have you over to our place for dinner, and if you make it on a weekend we can go skiing, climbing, or whatever.

I didn't know it was your birthday, what a drag to not get paid. Well, not just a drag, but they'll probably want to edit the other choice words I could've used! Anyway, stay in-touch when you get back. I moved back up to Mt Hood so look me up when you're back and want to get on the hill. (You can call my parents for my number if you don't have it.)
